Future Pathways
The completed Associate Degree of Theology and Ministry can be used as a credit equivalent to the first two years of a Bachelor of Arts (Bible & Theology). Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Arts (Event Management) or Bachelor of Arts (Media and Visual Communication).
Course Outcomes
Upon completion of the Associate Degree of Theology & Ministry, you will have:
- Undertaken a survey of the history of Christianity
- Understood the principles of Biblical interpretation
- Applied principles of Christian discipline in your personal life.
- Considered the application of Christian ethics in the wider community.
- Undertaken an exegetical survey of the Epistle to the Roman Church.
- Explored the centrality of Jesus Christ and His salvific role in Scripture.
Audit Stream
The 2nd Year Audit Stream has a distinct structure from the standard accredited program. Students only attend the Wednesday classes which includes our Nations College Leadership Development unit. This unit is written by Nations Church to ‘fan into flame’ the gift of God on people’s lives who feel called to increase their capacity and leadership within a ministry context. It includes leadership teaching, practical learning, individual mentoring, and structured leadership and ministry opportunities. All 2nd Year students will take part in a one day a week internship as part of their placement.
