First Year

The Graduate Diploma of Arts acts as an entry to Bible College for students who have already completed tertiary education.

Learn the fundamentals of Christianity, explore well-rounded experience, with subjects in Bible Survey units, Basic Christian Doctrines, Spiritual Leadership and Christology and Soteriology.

Credit Points: 72 (8 units)

Award Level: AQF Level 5

GDA Specific Requirements
  • A completed undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • English proficiency (if your degree was completed in a language other than English).

Structure

The Diploma of Arts includes four units per semester over two semesters.

 

SEMESTER 1 UNITS

Introduction to the Old Testament
Basic Christian Doctrines
Spiritual Leadership
Introduction to the study of Christian History

SEMESTER 2 UNITS

Introduction to the New Testament
Pneumatology
Foundations of Christian Leadership
Christology and Soteriology

Schedule

Students are required to attend classes two days per week, complemented by a ministry placement that provides hands-on experience. In addition, students are expected to serve within their local church on Sundays, actively contributing to the life of the church through various roles.

Each semester runs for a duration of 13 weeks, offering a structured and immersive learning experience.
