The Diploma of Leadership will equip you with both a strong theological understanding of the Bible and a practical emphasis on how to apply it in your life.
At the end of the course you will have the confidence to read and apply scriptures and will have grown in your spiritual and leadership gifts. Personal wholeness, prayer and learning to hear God’s voice are key elements of the program.

The Diploma of Leadership includes four units per semester over two semesters.

Schedule
Students are required to attend classes two days per week, complemented by a ministry placement that provides hands-on experience. In addition, students are expected to serve within their local church on Sundays, actively contributing to the life of the church through various roles.
Each semester runs for a duration of 13 weeks, offering a structured and immersive learning experience.

FULL TIME
At Nations College, we believe our unique take on ‘theory meets practice’ is best experienced through our Full Time program. Our Full Time program includes four units of study per calendar semester. Interning takes place on Sundays and at various events where you can practically apply what you are learning.
PART TIME
As a Part Time student, you can study at your own pace by completing anywhere between one to four subject units, per semester. Students will also intern at least once a week at their local campus.
AUDIT STREAM
The Audit Stream is ideal for those who wish to experience Nations College without the study requirements and assessments of the accredited program. Audit students will not receive a nationally recognised Diploma of Leadership, however they will enjoy the same classes, placements, graduation, and overall College experience as Diploma students.
